the staff were helpful and efficient, were waiting for us in the good reception. this accommodation had a central setting in the heart of the city. also, the hotel had quick access to antique cable cars.
We didn't like the bed, it was very uncomfortable.

Clean enough hotel in a perfectly comfortable location, so so comfy bed. Venue located near stores and a market. Room was such huge, with a private bathroom. The staff took care of me and were responsive. Really VERY ADEQUATE breakfast.
